     Directions to Lions' Park

  • Directions to Lions Park: (from Toronto)
    1. West along 403 to Brantford.
    2. Exit the 403 at Hwy 24N  Exit # 36 (also known as King George Rd and St Paul Ave).  Do not exit at Rest Acres Rd.
    3. The exit takes you first to a stop light @ Fairview Dr., left at light and you can see King George just ahead.
    4. Turn left (SOUTH) on King George Rd. (will take you over the 403). At 1.5 km or so ahead, King George bends to the right and becomes St Paul Ave.
    5. Proceed on St. Paul. Once you pass the Hospital and go under the train bridge, you'll approach Brant Ave.
    6. Turn left onto Brant Ave.
    7. Proceed along Brant Ave about 1 km (you'll see the Grand River on your right in the distance)
    8. Turn right onto Colborne St. (just past the Armories)
    9. cross the Lorne Bridge (over the river) and continue on Colborne St. West.
    10. Turn left onto Gilkison St. (1st light)
    11. Lions' Park is about 1 km down off Gilkison St

    2.   From London...same exit off 403, right (South) on King George.  From there, pick up from above: 'A mile or so ahead...'.
